Ty Ippolito
I am a marketing student who runs a real advertising business and kicks for a Division I football team. Two different things, both of them mine, and neither one is a hobby.
Agents I have run campaigns for are licensed at
I build advertising that gets people to act.
I co-founded Close Concierge in June 2025. We run paid advertising for residential real estate agents, and my half of the business is everything that happens between the ad and the appointment.
Ads and copywriting
I write the copy and build the creative, then split test it on Meta until the cost per appointment is somewhere a client can actually live with.
Funnels and follow-up
Landing pages, lead forms and nurture sequences that carry a stranger from a first click to a confirmed in-person appointment.
Client success
Onboarding and launch calls, a check-in every two weeks, and a written report every month. A result only counts if the client is still here to see it.
I kick for Samford.
I started at South Florida and transferred to Samford for the chance to play and to be somewhere I could grow in my faith. This September I broke the school record for longest field goal. Twice, in the same game.
